Goal 1: Provide a safe home for pregnant and teen mothers.

The City of Peace safe house provides temporary housing and holisic support for pregnant teens, young mothers, and girl survivors of sexual exploitation and abuse under 20 years of age, as well as community-based safe space support groups..

Our two primary programmatic goals are to help young individuals establish self-sufficient, sustainable living for themselves and their children, and to transition them into adulthood with essential skills in parenting, child development, family budgeting, health, and nutrition.

Pregnant and Parenting Teens Face a Higher Risk of Re-Abuse.

An unexpected pregnancy can be scary. It’s normal to feel lost and alone and even a little afraid. We know what that’s like - and we can help.

Our support groups provide young parents with a safe space to connect with others who share similar experiences, fostering healing, encouragement, and mutual support.
