Our Center aims to empower survivors of violence with the skills, confidence, and support needed to drive shifts in community attitudes, achieve financial independence, and advocate for legislative change.
We provide basic computer skills training to help individuals manage their finances online, access government services, and connect with healthcare resources. This training aims to empower people to become more self-reliant members of society. Our classes focus on strengthening communities and bridging the digital divide, ultimately leading to a more prosperous and inclusive future for everyone.
Our workforce training programs are designed to equip youths with the essential skills required to thrive in today's competitive job market. Whether the aim is to enhance existing skills, job application, interview preparation, resume writing, or choose industry-recognized careers, we offer tailored programs to support you in achieving your professional aspirations.
Academic courses encompass languages, mathematics, science, and social studies. Our adult and continuing education classes are led by licensed teachers and offer non-formal education to students who dropped out of school, helping them prepare for Kenya's national examinations. These classes are registered with the Ministry of Education, and students receive certifications equivalent to formal students.
Enrichment courses help learners improve soft skills. From creativity to communication, they are problem-solving to public speaking. They are non-credit and typically outside of core subjects like math and reading. They can cater to any age or interest; the common theme is that most learners come from the local community.
They include sewing, Fine art & Photography, home and life skills, Beauty, wellness and Dance, personal finance, Music and Instruments etc.
